Siddhartha Capital Distributing Cash Dividend of Its Mutual Funds Unitholders

Siddhartha Capital Limited is distributing 9% cash dividend worth Rs. 13.50 crores for Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF) unitholders and 10% cash dividend (including tax) for Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2 (SIGS2) unitholders for FY 2078/79, directly to the bank accounts of its respective unit holders. The distribution of the mutual funds' dividend commenced on 15th Bhadra.

Bhadra 07 was the book closure date for both the funds' dividends. Thus, unit holders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout

For those who have not authenticated their bank account in their Demat accounts and for those who have not dematerialized their shares, the cash dividend will be distributed only after they complete the necessary procedure.
