Siddhartha Bank expands branches at Ilam and Phikkal
Siddhartha Bank has launched two new branches at Ilam Bazaar, Ilam and Phikkal Bazaar, Phikkal on Wednesday. The Bank has established the branches in collaboration with United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) under UNNATI A2F program.
“These branches will also prioritize on micro- loan and branch-less banking for uplifting marginalized groups in the society,” the bank said in a statement.
Ilam Branch was jointly inaugurated by Ingrid Dahl- Madsen, Chargé d'Affaires of Embassy of Denmark and Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia, Chairman of Siddhartha Bank, while Phikkal Branch was inaugurated by the Chairman of the Bank.
After the move, the Bank’s network throughout the country has reached to 77 branches, 3 extension counters with 99 ATMs, 70 branchless banking locations and more than 500 POS machines.
