Siddhartha Bank begins Visa Direct service; to enable remittance transfer directly from 180 plus countries to any SBL a/c linked to Visa card

Siddhartha Bank has partnered with Visa International to begin Visa Direct service for its customers following which people can now send money from different parts of the world directly to Siddhartha Bank accounts in Nepal.

People can now send remittances to any Siddhartha Bank account linked with Visa card service from 180 plus nations where these senders will need to provide 16 digit visa card number of the recipient while transferring the fund from the source bank account, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 193 branches, 4 extension counters and 118 branchless banking units, and more than 1700 POS terminals throughout the nation.
