Shree Investment Finance (SIFC) Proposes 11% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has proposed an 11% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 310th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 14 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 7.7% bonus shares worth Rs. 6.85 crores and 3.3% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 2.93 crore has been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, SIFC has an LTP of Rs. 528.
