Shree Investment & Finance 21st AGM today at 10:00 AM; to approve 11.61% stock dividend

Shree Investment & Finance Company Limited is holding its 21^stAnnual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashwin 20, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at Russian Culture Centre, Kamalpokhari, Kathmanduat 10:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 11.61 percent bonus share and cash dividend for tax purpose. After the issuance of bonus share the capital structure will be changed. The authorized capital will rise to Rs 80 crore and paid up capital and issued capital will remain at Rs 22 crore. The other agenda of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 4 BOD members from promoter shareholder and 2 member from public shareholder.
