Shivam Cements announces AGM; Company to endorse 24.21% dividend for FY 2076/77

Shivam Cements Limited has announced its 5th AGM on 24th Kartik, 2077.

The 80th meeting of the BOD held on Ashwin 28 has decided to organize the AGM online via Zoom. The AGM will be hosted at the company's corporate office at Anamnagar.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse a 24.21% dividend as a cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This amounts to a little over Rs. 1.06 Arba. In the previous fiscal year 2075/76, SHIVM had distributed a 15.78% cash dividend to its shareholders.

Furthermore, the AGM will also authorize the BOD to make loan agreements, if needed, for amounts higher than the paid-up capital itself.

Investors willing to participate in the AGM will be provided with their Zoom ID/Passcode.
