Shareholders of Taragaon Regency Hotel to get 12% cash dividend; decision to be endorsed in upcoming AGM

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited (TRH).
As per the notice, the BOD meeting of the company held on Mangsir 23, 2076 has decided to distribute 12% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders. The dividend amount excludes 5% for tax purpose.
The decision is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
