Shangrila Development Bank to open bids for auctioned shares; Auction was open till Chaitra 20

Shangrila Development Bank will be opening bids for the auction of its 9.01 lakh unit auctioned right shares today (Chaitra 23).
The bank will be opening bids for the 3,92,772.50 unit promoter share at 10:00 AM and for the 5,09,225 lakh unit ordinary shares at 11:00 AM.
The bank had opened auction for unsold right shares from Chaitra 13 till Chaitra 20, 2074.
Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share auction.
The current paid up capital of SADBL is Rs 1.35 arba. After the issuance of right share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 2.44 arba.
