Shangri-La Development Bank completes its orientation program for 55 new employees

Recently Shangri-La Development completed its 10 days’ orientation program for the newly appointed employees. The orientation program was aimed at socializing the employees and informing them regarding various works performed by the bank and its rules and regulations.
According to the press release, the training was attended by 50 employees, where they learnt about computer system, credit and customer service, teller management, identifying fake notes, signature verification etc.
On the same notice, the deputy CEO of the bank, Mr. Dinesh Thakali mentioned that the bank will also establish a learning center in the near future for employee development. The bank will soon be inaugurating 22 new branches in different parts of the country and after that the bank will have a network of 58 branches altogether.
