Sewa Bikas calls for bids on 23,723 units unclaimed promoter shares

Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (SBBL) has opened submission of sealed bids on 23,723 units of unclaimed promoters’ shares on Falgun 8. The last date for submission of bids has been set for Falgun 15.

Out of the total rights shares issued by the bank on Mangshir 14, no applications were received for 47,613 units of promoter shares.

The company had announced auction of the 47,613 unclaimed promoter shares among the promoters themselves between Magh 20 to Magh 27. During the period, applications were received only for 23,890 shares.

Therefore the bank has called on interested parties including general public, firms, companies and institutions to submit their bids for the remaining 23,723 rights shares.
