SEBON issues notice for 41 companies that have issued public shares; Financial reports to be submitted within 7 working days

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has issued a notice today instructing the companies that have issued public shares to publish their financial reports for the investors to make informed decision. Among the listed companies, there are many companies especially the ones lacking regulatory body who don't produce regular financial highlights.

Therefore, SEBON has listed all 41 companies that have issued shares from FY 2071/72 to 2075/76 who are yet to publish their company related information and details. The companies are required to submit their financial performance for 3 years from the date of publication of their prospectus with comparison to the previously projected performance within 7 working days.
