SEBON Approves Two New Mutual Fund Schemes "Nabil Flexi Cap Fund" and "Sanima Growth Fund"

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the 'Nabil Flexi Cap Fund' and 'Sanima Growth Fund' worth Rs 1.95 arba. 

"Nabil Flexi Cap Fund" is an open-ended fund that will be floating 7.5 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share.

The sponsor of the fund is Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL), while the fund manager is Nabil Investment Banking Limited (NABILINV).

Currently, Nabil Investment Banking is managing three closed-end funds i.e Nabil Equity Fund (NEF), Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2), and Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) in the market.

Similarly, "Sanima Growth Fund" is a close-ended fund that will be floating 12 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share.

The sponsor of the fund is Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA), while the fund manager is Sanima Capital Limited (SANCAP).

Currently, Sanima Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) and Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) in the market.
