SEBON Approves New Mutual Fund Scheme "NIBL Growth Fund" Worth Rs 1.6 Arba

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the mutual fund scheme 'NIBL Growth Fund (NGF)' worth Rs 1.6 Arba on Mangsir 18, 2079. The fund manager submitted the application to the board on Ashwin 13, 2078 seeking permission for the issuance of units.
"NIBL Growth Fund" is a close-ended fund that will be floating 16 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB), while the fund manager is NIBL Ace Capital Limited.
Currently, NIBL Ace Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF) and NIBL Samriddhi Fund - 2 (NIBSF2), and one open-end fund NIBL Sahabhagita Fund (NIBLSF) in the market.
