SEBON Approves 7% NIFRA Urja Rinpatra 2085/86"; Bank To Issue 50 Lakh Unit Debentures Soon

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "7% NIFRA Urja Rinpatra 2085/86" on Kartik 24, 2079.

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) is issuing 50 lakh units debentures at the rate of Rs 1000 per unit. The bank will be offering 7% interest rate on the debenture for a period of 7 years.

Out of the total units being issued 20 lakh units will be offered to the general public and 30 lakh units will be offered for private placement.

NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager. It will raise a total of Rs 5 arba from the issuance.
