NRB Publishes Sunday’s Forex Rates: US Dollar Fixed at Rs. 140.36

Nepal Rastra Bank has released the official exchange rates for Sunday. The US dollar stands at Rs. 139.76 for buying and Rs. 140.36 for selling.

The euro is priced at Rs. 162.09 (buying) and Rs. 162.78 (selling), while the British pound is quoted at Rs. 187.43 and Rs. 188.24. Similarly, the Swiss franc trades at Rs. 172.78 for buying and Rs. 173.52 for selling.

Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is set at Rs. 89.70 and Rs. 90.08, and the Canadian dollar at Rs. 100.44 and Rs. 100.87. The Japanese yen (per 10 units) is listed at Rs. 9.40 and Rs. 9.44, whereas the Chinese yuan stands at Rs. 19.47 and Rs. 19.55.

For Gulf currencies, the Saudi riyal is fixed at Rs. 37.25 and Rs. 37.41, the Qatari riyal at Rs. 38.35 and Rs. 38.51, and the UAE dirham at Rs. 38.05 and Rs. 38.22.

High-value currencies include the Kuwaiti dinar at Rs. 456.79 (buying) and Rs. 458.75 (selling), followed by the Bahraini dinar at Rs. 370.68 and Rs. 372.27, and the Omani riyal at Rs. 363.01 and Rs. 364.57.

The Indian rupee remains unchanged at Rs. 160 per 100 units for buying and Rs. 160.15 for selling.
