SEBON approves 14.14 lakh unit right shares issuance of Swarojgar and Samata Microfinance

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the right issuance of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SLBBL) and Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (SMATA).
SEBON has approved Swarojagar Microfinance to issue 100% right shares to its shareholders. The insurance company will be issuing 12,24,977.60 unit shares at par value of Rs 100.
NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issuance.
The micro finance has paid up capital of Rs 10.49 crore with reserve of Rs 5.75 crore in Q1. It had announced 16.67% bonus shares from the net profit of FY 2073/74 and 100% right shares to its shareholders. After which its paid up capital will reach to Rs 24.47 crore.
The company had earned the net profit of Rs 1.69 crore in the current FY 2074/75.
Likewise, 50% right shares of Samata Microfinance has also got approval from SEBON. It will be issuing 1,89,600 unit right shares at par value of Rs 100.
NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issuance.
Its paid up capital remains at Rs 3.79 (including 20% bonus shares from the net profit of FY 2073/74) crore with reserve of Rs1.42 crore in Q2. After the adjustment of 50% right shares its paid up capital will stand at Rs 5.68 crore.
