SEBON approves "10% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2086"; Bank issuing 25 lakh unit debentures

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "10% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2086".

Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) is issuing 25 lakh units debentures at the rate of Rs 1000 per unit. The bank will be offering 10% interest rate on the debenture for a period of 10 years.

Out of the total units being issued 10 lakh units will be offered to the general public and 15 lakh units will be offered for private placement.

Kumari Capital is the issue manager.

It will raise a total of Rs 2.5 arba from the issuance.
