SEBON adds ’10.5% Global IME Debenture 2080’ in its pipleline; Bank to issue 3 lakh units for general public and 12 lakh units for institutional investors

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added Rs 1.50 arba worth debentures of Global IME Bank in its pipeline for approval. The commercial bank is set to issue 15 lakh units debenture in the name of ’10.5% Global IME Debenture 2080’.

Out of the total debentures, the bank will be issuing 20% i.e. 3 lakh unit debentures for the general public while it will issue 12 lakh units for the private institutions.

NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.

The debenture will be matured after 5 years i.e. on 2080 providing 10.5% interest annually.

Recently, Siddhartha Bank has been issuing debentures worth Rs 2.25 arba while Citizens Bank is all set to issue 25 lakh unit debentures.
