SEBON acknowledges odd lot trading

Securities Board of Nepal has acknowledged the commencement of odd lot transactions in NEPSE. Issuing a press statement, SEBON said that this move will help grow secondary market and make it easier for investors to trade.
NEPSE has introduced odd lot trading from this Sunday (Magh 23, 2073). Shareholders can now freely sell and buy shares less than 10 kittas on all trading days. Previously, odd transactions were performed only on Fridays.
