SBL, CREF join hands for renewable energy financing
KATHMANDU, Jan 29:
Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has signed an agreement with Central Renewable Energy Fund (CREF) to become a partner bank in CREF’s Financial Management Mechanism. Issuing a statement, the bank said it will be offering credit facilities for installation of renewable energy technologies to end users as well as manufacturers, distributors, installers etc as a partner bank. Surender Bhandari, CEO of SBL and Prithvi Gyawali, head of CREF Secretariat signed the agreement on Wednesday.
