Sarathi Nepal reports with increment in profitability in Q3; EPS at Rs. 37.12, NPL at 4.16%

Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SNLB) published the third-quarter report of FY 2077/2078 with an outstanding 218.96% increment in Net Profit. As per the report published by the company, the net profit increased to Rs. 6.55 crores as compared to Rs. 2.05 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company increased by 201.40% to Rs. 2.72 Arba which was Rs. 90.27 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. At the same time, deposits increased by 122.02% to Rs 81.99 crores.
The company’s loans and advances have also increased by 160.95% to 3.50 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 230.18% to Rs. 16.96 crores compared to Rs. 5.13 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs. 23.53 crore in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 16.90 crore which is an increment of 254.76% in this quarter.
Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stands at Rs. 37.12. The net worth per share is Rs. 171.83. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 44.99 times.
