Sanima Mai Hydropower 5th AGM on Bhadra 31; to endorse 100% Right Share

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) will be convening its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 31, 2073. The AGM will be held at Naxal Banquet, Narayan Chaur, Naxal, and Kathmandu. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 1:1 (100%) right share to its existing shareholders.
• To increase issued capital and amend article of association accordingly.
• Authorized BOD to amend article of association and memorandum of association.

Other Agendas of the AGM include Financial highlights of 2072/73, appointment of auditor and to elect 4 BOD member from promoter shareholders group. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Bhadra 15, 2073 till Bhadra 31, 20723 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. A separate book closure date will be published for the right share. As per unaudited report, SHPC reports loss of Rs 5.62 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 1.05 arba. After issuing 100 percent right share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs. 2.1arba.
