Sanima General Insurance brings New Year Offer; to insure Yeti Airlines travelers with insurance coverage of Rs 1 lakh
In the wake of the Nepalese New Year, Sanima General Insurance in collaboration with Yeti Airlines has introduced a new offer, "Yeti Extra Care" for all passengers who flies with Yeti Airlines by booking tickets through the yeti airlines mobile app and website.
This new offer was introduced to provide accidental insurance coverage.
According to Rena Rijal, the Deputy General Manager of Sanima General Insurance, the offer will come into effect starting 14th April 2022. The offer will be available to passengers who purchase tickets through Yeti's mobile app and website. Under this understanding, passengers will receive accident insurance up to Rs. 1 Lakh for a period of 30 days from the late date of travel. For passengers who travel more than once in the 30 days period, the policy will be effective from the last date of travel and the policy obtained during the previous travel will be null and void.
Passengers will receive up to Rs.10,000 in the case of an accident for medical treatment and 100% of the insured sum in case of accidental death during the insurance period. The right to an insurance claim will be the responsibility of Sanima General Insurance as per the policy of the Insurance Committee, shared Ms. Rijal.
This offer is valid for 3 months and is applicable only to Nepali citizens.
