Sanima Equity Fund’s 12 crore units public issue in SEBON pipeline

Sanima Capital Limited has applied to Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to come up with its mutual fund. The mutual fund scheme is named “Sanima Equity Fund” of 12 crore units shares worth Rs 1.20 arba. Sanima Capital Limited is the fund manager and Sanima bank is the fund sponsor of this scheme. Under this scheme, 12 crore units of the mutual fund shares will be issued to the public at a face value of Rs 10 per unit. There are 11 mutual fund schemes already trading in NEPSE currently and Laxmi Equity Fund recently floated its issue and yet to list in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE).
