Sanima Equity Fund public issue collects Rs 80 crore in 3 days; Issue to close soon

Sanima Equity Fund has been floating its public issue of 12 crore unit shares worth Rs 1.20 arba at face value of Rs 10 per unit from Mangsir 12, 2074. Earlier, the company had extended its public issue till Mangsir 18, 2074 but due to the public holidays on Friday and Sunday, the public issue will remain open until further notice published by the company. As per the official of Sanima Capital, “the issue has collected approximately Rs 80 crore in 3 days.” Sanima Equity Fund is a closed-end 7-years equity oriented mutual fund scheme with fund size of Rs 1.20 arba. The mutual fund is managed by Sanima Capital Limited and Sanima Bank Limited is its fund sponsor. Interested people must apply for a minimum of 100 units of share and they can apply for up to 24,00,000 unit of shares.
