Sanima Bank & Citizens Bank to come up with 50% & 55% right share respectively; Know in which to pour your money?

Presently investors are in illusion either to invest in Sanima Bank or to invest in Citizens Bank International Limited. Citizens Bank and Sanima Bank have reserve of Rs 14.01 million and Rs 10.40 million respectively. Deposit   Likewise, both commercial banks show similar performance in fund mobilization in 3rd quarter of FY 2072/73.If compared, Citizens Bank has collected deposit of Rs 44.37 arba whereas Sanima Bank has collected deposit Rs 43.44 arba. The loans and advance of CZBIL and SANIMA is Rs 37.84 arba and Rs 36.46 arba respectively. Write-back Meanwhile, Sanima Bank outperformed Citizens bank in the loan loss provision. Sanima Bank has been able to maintain low Non Performing Loan (NPL) compared to Citizens Bank. Net-profit In terms of core business of both commercial banks, Citizens Bank has shown meager performance in net interest income than that of Sanima Bank. . Citizens Bank’s operating profit is less than that of Sanima Bank. Citizens Bank allocates more amounts under the title ‘Provision for Possible Loss’ which results in less operating profit. Citizens Bank has allotted 173 percent more loan loss provision than that of Sanima Bank. Citizens Bank has earned more net profit in Q3 compared to Sanima Bank. Citizens Bank has collected huge amount from Non-operating Income and Write Back. That’s why Citizens Bank net profit is 9% more than that of Sanima Bank. Ratio Comparing the ratios of the commercial banks, Citizens Bank’s ratio is better than Sanima Bank’s ratio. However Sanima Bank’s Non-Performing Loan (NPL) is outstanding compared to Citizens Bank and rest commercial banks. In third quarter of FY 2072/73, Earning per Share and Net Worth per Share of Citizens Bank is slightly better than that of Sanima Bank. Year to Year Growth Rate Comparison of Citizens Bank and Sanima Bank Year-to-year-growth Analyzing the year to year growth rate of both commercial banks, Citizens Bank is surpassing Sanima Bank. Citizens Bank’s reserve and surplus average growth rate is 50.32% and Sanima Bank’s average growth rate is 43.09%. Sanima Bank has outrun Citizens Bank in effective fund mobilization. The bank has topped Citizens bank in deposits collection, loan disbursement and in investment. In year to year growth rate basis, net interest income growth of Sanima Bank and Citizens Bank is 33.80 percent and 22.74 percent respectively. The average net interest income growth rate of Citizens Bank is 26.21 percent whereas Sanima Bank has maintained average growth of net interest income at 34.6 percent. In Bank and Financial Institution (BFI) the core business income is the net interest income. Sanima Bank’s core business activities are sound than that of Citizens Bank. Sanima Bank has beaten Citizens Bank in terms of operating profit. Citizens Bank has maintained higher provision for possible loss compared to Sanima Bank in the last five fiscal years. Investors are basically focused in the net profit earned by commercial banks. Till date Citizens Bank has higher year to year growth rate compared to Sanima Bank. Citizens Bank has earned more from non-operating income, write back than from core business activities. Earning per Share (EPS) of both banks is almost similar in ratio. However, EPS of Citizens Bank is higher than that of Sanima Bank in the last consecutive five fiscal years. Lately, investors are attracted in these two commercial banks. Also advisors are suggesting to buy the shares of these banks. Both commercial banks are coming up with right shares in the near future. Sanima Bank is issuing 50% right share and Citizens Bank is issuing 55%. investors are being attracted to these companies due to the right share . Sanima Bank and Citizens Bank's performance is more or less same. The financial status show that Sanima Bank is slightly better performing than Citizens Bank.
