Sani Gaad Hydro appoints Sunrise Capital as issue manager to float 67.50 lakh unit shares in IPO; 38.46 MW hydro project in Bajhang to begin churning out electricity in few weeks

Sani Gaad Hydro, the developer of 38.46 MW Hydropower project at Bajhang district has appointed Sunrise Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 67.50 lakh unit shares to the project-affected, Nepalese migrant workers and the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, chairman of the hydro developer and CEO of the merchant banker Mr.    Bijaya Lal Shrestha, amid a program, as per the media statement.

The hydropower project has already completed its construction work and is expected to churn out power output in a few weeks’ time, as per the media statement.
