Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta appoints Sunrise Capital as its share registrar

Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta has appointed Sunrise Capital to function as its share registrar following the successful merger between then Sana Kisan Laghubitta and RMDC Laghubitta.
The agreement for the same was signed on Shrawan 11, 2080 between Deputy CEO of the microfinance company Mr. Nav Raj Simkhada and CEO of the Merchant bank Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, as per the statement.
