Samudayik Laghubitta auctioning land at Kavrepalanchowk and Makwanpur districts; Interested individuals can submit bid till Bhadra 5, 2076

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has opened an auction for three land pieces located at Panchkhaal, Kavrepalanchowk and Bakaiya, Makwanpur.

Upon conversation with the concerned personnel, they informed that this land is not a Non-performing Loan (NPA). He added, "The land is an assets of the company and had been used for training purposes by the Microfinance. However, now they are not in use and as per the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) BFIs are not allowed to hold land if they are not in use. So, in consistency with that directive the Microfinance is going to auction the land.

The land was bought by Samudayik Laghubitta a decade or 15 years ago in terms of lakhs and that will now be valued in crores. Post the sale, the company will have a huge capital gain.

As of the Q4 report of 2075/76 published by Samudayik Laghubitta, its EPS stands at Rs 24.44.
