Samudayik Laghubitta auctioning 2.30 lakh unclaimed right shares to its promoters from today at Rs 100 & above

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is auctioning its 2,30,500 units unclaimed right shares to its existing promoters from today (Chaitra 25, 2073). The 10-district level microfinance institution is selling the promoter shares after its right shares issued from Poush 24-26, 2072 were not fully subscribed by its promoter shares. Interested promoters of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha can collect bid forms from the company’s central office in Sanga, Kavrepalanchowk. The minimum bid price per share is Rs 100. Only existing promoters of the microfinance company can bid for the shares. Interested promoters should deposit the bid amount in the account number 23235240100009 at Nepal SBI Bank Limited, Bhaisepati branch. The auction will last till Baisakh 8, 2074 and the bid will open to conclude the auction on Baisakh 9, 2074 at 2:00 PM.
