Samata Microfinance urges its major shareholders to provide call in advance amount for its upcoming 2:1 right share

Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) conducted its 4^th AGM on Mangsir 16^th, 2074 and had endorsed the agenda to issue right shares in the ratio of 2:1. So, the microfinance company has urged its major shareholders to provide call in advance amount for its upcoming 2:1 right share.

Shareholders holding more than 5% of the paid-up capital i.e. 3,160 shares of microfinance are requested to deposit amount equivalent to the right shares till Jestha 31^st, 2075.

The company's paid-up capital will reach to Rs 4.74 crore after 50% right share issue.

The finance has urged to deposit amount in account number 00700105200346 maintained at Everest Bank Limited, Simara Branch.

Its LTP stands at Rs 1212.
