Samata Microfinance to issue 50% right shares from Ashadh 27; Paid up capital to reach Rs 4.74 crore

Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) will be issuing 50% right shares for its shareholders from Ashadh 27, 2075. The right issue will last till Shrawan 29, 2075.
The microfinance company is issuing 1,89,600 unit right shares at a par value of Rs 100.
The book closure date for the right share issuance had been set on Ashadh 12 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of SMATA till Ashadh 11 will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
NIBL Ace Capital has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue.
The company’s paid up capital will reach Rs 4.74 crore after the right share issue.
SMATA had earned net profit of Rs 56.72 lakh in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year.
