Samata Microfinance to distribute 21.05% dividend for its shareholders

Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) has announced 21.05% dividend for its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company has announced 10% bonus shares and 11.05% cash dividend including tax for its shareholders from the net profit of the FY 2074/75.
The decision of the dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
The company had reported net profit of Rs 73.85 lakh in the fourth quarter.
