Samata Microfinance announces book closure date on Ashadh 12; Shareholders to get 50% right shares

Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) has announced book closure date for the issuance of right share to the shareholders. The company will be issuing 50% right shares for the shareholders.
The book closure date for the right share issuance has been set on Ashadh 12, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of SMATA till Ashadh 11 will be eligible for the 2:1right shares.
NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issue.
The company's paid-up capital will reach to Rs 4.74 crore after 50% right share issue.
SMATA had earned net profit of Rs 56.72 lakh un the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year.
Its LTP stood at Rs 2159 as of yesterday.
