Sajha Bikash Bank republishes 3rd AGM notice; to endorse 50% right share

Sajha Bikash Bank Limited (SAJHA) has republished its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice which is going to be held on Ashad 31, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Sathi, Dhangadi, Kailali at 10:30 AM. Earlier, Sajha Bikash Bank had postponed its 3rd AGM due to internal problems with the promoter shareholders of the company. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 2:1 (50%) right share to its existing shareholders.
• Authorize BOD to amend article of association and memorandum of understanding as per directed by registrar officer or the Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other main agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 3 BOD member from public shareholders group. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Ashad 16, 2072 till Ashad 31, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Sajha Bikas Bank had net loss of Rs 74.39 lakh in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
