Sagarmatha Insurance Company urges shareholders to pay taxes to collect 86% bonus shares; Account information available

Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC) calls out its investors to pay the taxes for the 86% bonus shares.

The bonus shares will be allocated to the shareholders only after the tax payment is made. The payment can be deposited at any branches of Global IME Bank Limited at the account no: 0101010005264. The shareholders need to mention their BOID and contact details in the voucher.

The shareholders who have already paid tax and submitted the voucher with BOID and contact information till Ashwin 02, 2076 have been allotted bonus shares on Ashwin 08, 2076. Similarly, for shareholders whose shares were frozen and for the shareholders whose shares haven't been dematerialized yet, the company urges to open a demat account dematerialize the shares as the bonus shares will be allotted directly to the demat account.
