Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin Congratulates Nepal’s Prime Minister Balendra Shah

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, has extended his congratulations to Prime Minister Balendra Shah on his appointment as the head of the Government of Nepal. In a formal message, Mishustin conveyed his best wishes on behalf of both the Russian government and himself.
