RSDC Laghubitta revises its dividend from 5% bonus and 5% cash dividend to 10% bonus and 0.53% cash dividend

RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) had published a notice regarding the distribution of dividend.
For year end 74/75, the microfinance company had earlier announced 5% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend. This decision was later revised to distribution of 10% bonus shares worth Rs.5.75 Crore and 0.53% cash dividend worth Rs.30.31 Lakhs for tax purpose.
The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs.57.59 Crore.
