Right Shares of Radhi Bidyut Company (RADHI) Allotted to Applicants; Only 86.36% Shares Subscribed

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has allotted its 1: 1.4752 ratio right shares on 17th Kartik, 2079.

95,35,760.99 units right shares were issued from 5th Ashwin to 25th Ashwin. The hydropower company declared the book closure date for its rights offering on Bhadra 12. Thus, investors maintained before that day were eligible to apply for the shares.

A total of 82,35,233 unit shares have been allotted to the 38,505 valid applicants. Thus, 13,00,527.99 shares were unclaimed by eligible investors. The paid up capital of the company before the issue and allotment of 1: 1.4752 ratio shares was Rs. 64.64 crores, which will now reach to Rs. 160 Crore.
