Revised book closure for 21st AGM of Chilime Hydropower on Kartik 6; bigger blunder seen

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has revised the book closure date. As per the notice published in newspaper today, the book closure date for its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been set on Kartik 6 to Kartik 24, 2074 mentioning that the previously announced book closure date, i.e. today (Ashwin 27, 2074) was mistake in the previously published news. The change in book closure date has been the main concerned for everyone that those who bought and sold their shares yesterday with the anticipation of today's book close may face big losses. These kind of negligence may be the reason behind the manipulation in the market price by some investors. CHCL has announced 15% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. CHCL has earned Rs 96.63 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital stand at Rs 3.44 arba, after issuance of 15% stock dividend its paid up capital will reach Rs 3.95 arba.
