Reservoir-Based Hydropower Projects to be Prioritized
The government has announced that reservoir-based hydropower projects will be given priority in the coming fiscal year.
Presenting the budget for Fiscal Year 2082/83 at the House of Representatives, Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel stated that the development of reservoir-type hydropower plants will be a key focus in Nepal’s energy strategy.
