Reminder: Last day to secure 75% right share of Paschimanchal Finance

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 1: 0.75(75%) ratio right share pledged by Paschimanchal Finance Company Limited (PFC). Only those shareholders owning shares and transferred to their name till today (Mangsir 17) will be entitled to the right share of the company. The book closure date for right share has been set on Mangsir 20. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 20, 2072 till Mangsir 26, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Paschimanchal finance will be convening its Special General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 26, 2072 at 11 AM.
