Reminder; Last day to secure 41% dividend of Nepal Investment Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 20 percent stock and 21 percent cash dividend of Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Bhadra 20, 2073), 2073 are entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of the shareholders will be closed from tomorrow (Bhadra 21, 2073) till Ashwin 11, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Nepal Investment Bank had earned a net profit of Rs 2.59 arba for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 7.25 arba and after the issuance of 20% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 8.7 arba. The last traded price (LTP) of NIB stood at Rs. 1,070 as on September 4, 2016.
