Reminder; Last day to secure 30% stock dividend of Miteri Development Bank

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 30% stock dividend pledged by Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Poush 5) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 6, 2072 till Poush 25, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Miteri Development Bank has earned Rs 1.66 crore in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2071/72 as per unaudited report.
