Reminder; Last day to secure 25% stock dividend of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal

Today is the last day to get hold of 25% bonus share of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LICN) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Baisakh 29, 2073) is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Baisakh 30, 2073 till Jestha 11, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. The paid up capital of LICN stand at Rs 85.55 crore , after 25% stock dividend it will reach Rs 1.06 arba. Life Insurance had earned net profit of Rs. 24.90 crore in third quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73. The last trading price of LICN stood at Rs 4,090 as on May 10, 2016.
