Reminder: Last day to secure 25% bonus share of Nepal Life Insurance

Today is the last day to clinch 25% stock dividend of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC). The register of their shareholders will close tomorrow (Falgun 27, 2073) and today is the last trading day to get hold of the bonus shares. NLIC will be endorsing 25% bonus share and 1.31% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profits it earned in FY 2072/73 from its AGM on Chaitra 14, 2073. Nepal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. has earned Rs 15.30 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. It had issued 30,96,429 units further public issue shares at Rs 1,425 per unit from Poush 27 to Magh 2, 2073. After the capitalization of FPO shares, its paid up capital has reached Rs 2.47 arba. After the issuance of 25% bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach Rs 3.1 arba.
