Reminder; Last day to clinch 20% stock dividend of  Kabeli Bikas Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 20% bonus share of  Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited (KEBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Jestha 13, 2073) is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders shall remain closed from Jestha 14, 2073 to till Jestha 29, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM Kabeli Bikas Bank has paid up capital of Rs 5.31 crore. After distribution of 20 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs 6.37 crore.
