Reminder: Last day to secure 15% stock dividend of Neco Insurance & Kakrebihar Bikas Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 15% bonus share of Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Falgun 27 is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Falgun 28 to till Chaitra 12, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Neco Insurance Company had earned net profit of Rs.3.34 crore in second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Likewise, last day to get hold of 15% bonus share of Kankrebihar Bikas Bank Limited (KKBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Falgun 28, 2072 till Chaitra 20 , 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Kankrebihar Bikas Bank had earned net profit of Rs 21.38 lakh in its second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
