Reminder; Last day to secure 13% stock dividend of Reliable Microfinance

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 13% stock dividend pledged by Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMFL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 6 (today) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 7, 2072 till Poush 20, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Reliable Microfinance had floated 1, 50,000 unit shares as part of its initial public offering (IPO).The issue was oversubscribed by 109 times, had witnessed overwhelming response from the investors that time. The allotment of shares of Reliable Microfinance took place through lottery and allottees were eligible for a minimum of 10 unit shares.
