Reminder; Last day to secure 11% & 7.7% stock dividend of Karnali & Deva Bikas Bank respectively

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of 11 percent bonus share pledged by Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from tomorrow, Falgun 5, 2072 till Falgun 22, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Karnali Development Bank had paid up capital of Rs 10 crore after distribution of 11 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs 11.1 crore. Likewise, last day for the investors to get hold of 7.7 percent stock dividend of Deva Bikash Bank Limited (DEVA) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today is entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Falgun 5, 2072 till Falgun 19, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). DEVA had earned net profit of Rs. 3.91 crore in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs. 81.80crore. After distributing 7.7 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs 88.09crore.
